Corporate Partnerships

We rely on the pet food and supplies manufacturers to donate to us. We divert unwanted product from landfills to animal welfare organizations (qualified 501c3s) or residents in need. This helps eliminate the cost of disposal by turning it into a charitable donation and goodwill.

We have a program that makes the process turnkey once you notify us that product(s) is available. We handle the trucking, tracking and distribution from start to finish. 

Our partners benefit by:

• Single point of contact in the Midwest who accepts partial or full truckloads 
• We pay for transportation to our 68,000 sf warehouse in Carol Stream, IL
• You are responsible for Freight on Board at your facility but we take on the liability once it leaves your dock
• Rescue Pack tracks the shipments from receipt out to 501c3 organizations
• We qualify all of the participating animal welfare recipients who participate through a hands-on application, phone interview or visit, and consistent monitoring to ensure compliance to our standards
• Signed liability and media waivers from organizations
• We have communications experts who will help your company with publicity or social media engagement

To get started, we typically need the following information:

1. Product location and address, contact name, and phone number
2. Product description(s), quantity available, and ‘best by’ dates
3. Confirmation that it is palletized and shrink-wrapped suitable for truck freight
4. Reason for donation (code date issue, etc.)
5. Schedule, including restricted days or hours at loading facility
